Question:-One of my friends is using an HP Officejet Pro 9015 printer. It’s just 2 months old and a wireless printer however, it keeps going Offline continuously. It is hooked up to my home network with a wireless connection but still, this HP Officejet Pro 9015 is Offline. We used HP Smart App to check if there is any connection problem with the software or driver of the printer but nothing helped. My Printer is Online but when I check on HP Smart App it says Offline. We tried restarting the HP Printer and the computer many times but it prints for a single time and then again it’s Offline. Don’t know what to do with this problem, need help to fix this HP 9015 Printer offline Issue.
